About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processor to join our team. In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our brokers and ensuring the smooth processing of loans from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier service, managing loan applications, and utilizing various loan processing systems to assist in achieving our clients’ financial goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to brokers throughout the loan process
  • Manage and process loan applications, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate
  • Use servicing calculators and online application systems to support loan approvals
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and brokers
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to company standards
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to provide optimal service

Position Requirements

  • Proven experience in loan processing, servicing calculators, and online application systems
  • Experience with MyCRM or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of productivity
