Client Service Specialist | Outsource Access | Philippines

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities

  • Answer client inquiries, using independent research and problem-solving skills to provide timely and accurate information
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, legal forms, and other documents with a high level of accuracy
  • Compile, track, and report on property information, business income, expenses, and job activities
  • Assist with marketing activities such as social media management, posting classified ads, and more
  • Coordinate with outside vendors including photographers, videographers, lawyers, lenders, and other professionals as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client service role with a focus on real estate administration is essential; CANADIAN real estate industry exp is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Farming real estate handling is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of real estate processes and industry-specific terminology is required to ensure accurate and efficient client interactions
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, to handle daily administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain professionalism with clients and team members
  • Ability to conduct independent research and problem-solving for addressing client inquiries with resourcefulness
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the capacity to plan and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, proofreading, and data entry
  • Familiarity with social media and online classified ads for supporting basic marketing activities
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, able to work effectively from a remote home office with minimal supervision
