About your new role – Client Services Coordinator 

As as Client Services Coordinator you will play an important part in supporting our Superannuation Advisory team by building rapport with our clients, auditors and other businesses ! Work across the Morrows One Team and provide a high level of administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, ideally from professional services or corporate environment with exposure to accounting. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being the key point of contact for client, auditor and team queries 
  • Proactive maintenance of the client database to improve data integrity
  • Working to support a tight-knit team of Superannuation Advisors 
  • Collating financial accounts, reports, letters and preparing engagements 
  • Working within the energetic Client Service Coordinator group on projects and process improvements
  • Liaise with clients and third parties via phone and email
  • Manage all files and client documentation via Xero, Box, Salesforce & Ignition
  • General office administration including, scanning, printing, filing, sorting mail & answering phones.

What you will need to succeed

  • Administrative experience ideally in a similar role within an accounting firm
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience drafting client communication (emails, letters etc)
  • Work well within a team, as well as autonomously
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Class experience would be desirable
