    The Company

    Our client is a reputable Accounting practice located on St Kilda Road. They are a social firm with high staff retention who value their employees and offer career progression.

    The Opportunity

    They are looking for a Client Services Administrator with a professional services background to support their accounting team.

    Your duties may include:

    • Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
    • Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
    • Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO 
    • Maintain and update software systems with client information
    • Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
    • Collation of financial statements and tax returns
    • Preparing letters associated with these
    • Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
    • Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete

    About You

    • 2+ years Client Services experience within an Accounting practice 
    • Previous ASIC experience
    • Xero and CAS 360 experience would be advantageous 
    • Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
    • Good attention to detail
    • Able to build rapport with clients
