    At SSRG, we take pride in our diverse and accomplished team of over 20 clinicians. These professionals are at the forefront of various rehabilitation, wellness, and enablement approaches. Our services extend across multiple settings, including our clinic, where we serve individuals in their homes, and those undergoing rehabilitation.

    The role:

    Our Client Service Coordinators shoulder the responsibility of impeccable administration:

    • This is a fast-paced, phone and email based role that is integral for rostering
    • The role also asks you to juggle priorities including liaising with case managers, clients and clinicians in the field, as well as maintain timely and accurate record keeping.
    • This multifaceted role is centred on collaboration with our clinical team to establish and oversee daily appointments.
    • A key requirement for this role is a high level of comfort and willingness to engage effectively over the phone.

    The Responsibilities:

    • Building and managing relationships with our referrers, clients and all stakeholders.
    • Setting and confirming appointments over the phone.
    • Managing schedules of up to 10 clinicians.
    • Inputting referrals, appointments and managing reporting.

    You should apply if you have:

    • A Love for quality face paced administration.
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, problem solve and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
    • Interest in solving complex problems.
    • Proven experience in relationship management.
    • Experience in Medical / Allied Health / Disability services administration.
    • Previous experience working with Alayacare Practice Software advantageous but not necessary,
    • Great phone manner.
