- As a Client Services Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Client Care liaising with an outsourcing team and super lovely client director.
- In this role you’ll find yourself importantly nested in “The Hub” of all that’s important for client care and smooth operations.

Responsibilities at a Glance:
- Client Communication and Support
- Liaising with External bodies such as ATO / ASIC / QBCC
- Admin Duties – Being the bridge that connects key stakeholders to the teams to stay on track ie: Team coordination and Management
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Human Resources Support
- Internal Accounts Support

Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced Word and Excel skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work productively and meet deadlines
- High level of soft skills
- Administration Course or Degree ( not essential)
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Australian Taxation Office portal and regulations.
- Significant previous experience in an accounting firm environment
