- Able to network and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service to clients?
- Keeping up to date with NDIS industry change and implement any changes
- Ensure your service is complaint with company policy and procedures and in line with NDIS Commission
- Act as the key point of contact
- Oversee the quality, compliance nad outcomes of all operational functions of the service
- Able to create client care plans in accordance with care docs and NDIS standards
- Oversee Quality and Compliance Schedule, follow up and maintain client rosters by working closely with Disability Support
- Maintain service delivery agreements by continually lasing with support coordinators, clients, client’s family, allied health service providers, Office of the Public Guardian and your team
- Assist with actioning/resolving or diverting enquiries and staff and customer feedback and issues
- Ensure data accuracy on systems to ensure delivery of smooth care support to our clients
- Stong leadership skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Confident with using technology and programs such as Microsoft Suite and rostering programs.
- Knowledge of rostering and scheduling capabilities
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Demonstrated time management and ability to multi task
- Professional interpersonal skills to build strong and trusting relationships
- Demonstrate awareness of diversity, and be respectful to all stakeholders
- Desire to learn and apply workplace and NDIS policies, practices and standards to your work
- Motivation to keep pace within an active and busy role
