    We are currently hiring for the role of Client Services Manager

    In this role, you will lead a small team of Client Service Consultants who provide daily administrative and client focused support to users of our platform. Working with the team , your role will managing all aspects of client delivery, from engaging directly with our clients to manage their requirements and coordinating project workloads to the team. You will have direct responsibility over client engagements and deliverables.

    The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

    You will be well organised and capable of managing your time efficiently, working across multiple tasks at once.

    You will be dealing with senior HR professionals to deliver exceptional results every time. The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to schedule and manage meetings, capture project requirements and outcomes and in some cases, negotiate ‘win-win’ results with clients. Tight deadlines and evolving priorities can often be a reality with our clients, given their global nature – and working with them to control project requirements, resulting in positive outcomes for all involved, is an important aspect of this role.

    Ideally you will be proficient in the use of web based software and capable of learning how to work a new and unique software platform.

    Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday

    Education:

    • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

    Experience:

    • Client Management: 2 years (preferred)
    • Business Administration: 2 years (preferred)
    • Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

    Work Location: In person
