In this position, you’ll be the backbone to support clients, managing tasks, collecting data, updating account information, and facilitating clear communication for both internal and external stakeholders. Taking charge of a portfolio of clients, your direct contributions will play a pivotal role in their success.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt responses and efficient resolution. Foster a positive client experience by ensuring consistent follow-through on all client needs.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up and facilitate monthly and quarterly client meetings, prepare agendas and ensure key stakeholders are briefed on meeting objectives.
- Data Preparation & Quality Assurance: Compile, prep, and quality-assure data and presentation decks for client meetings and performance reviews, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Client Request Management: Receive, triage, and allocate inbound client requests, thoroughly documenting issues and tracking them through to resolution.
- Documentation & CRM Maintenance: Document all client meetings and relevant interactions, maintaining detailed notes and updates in HubSpot to ensure up-to-date, referenceable client records.
- Onboarding Coordination: Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and a positive client experience.
Client Services Manager Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 + years of experience preferred in client success, operations, or project management
- Experience in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities and a proactive approach to client needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
