The role
Reporting to the Office Coordinator, the Client Services Officer will assist in ensuring that the front of house operates smoothly and efficiently in addition to providing administrative support. In this role, you will:
- Provide reception coverage including:
- Switchboard Management – answering the telephone efficiently and friendly and transferring calls to the appropriate person
- Meeting and greeting all clients in a professional and friendly manner, offering and making beverages.
- Keeping reception area and meeting rooms clean and tidy at all times
- Maintaining all meeting room bookings and ensuring correct room set up and catering for internal or external meetings
- Support the team with general office administration and maintenance duties including:
- Sorting incoming mail and distribution of deliveries
- Action admin support emails
- Light kitchen duties
- Maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies
This is a full-time, in-house position with working hours being 8.30am – 5pm. On occasion, you may be asked to vary your working hours to support the business with its core activities. Please note, this is an in-house position with no option to work from home.
About You
Whilst experience in a professional services environment will be well regarded, it is not essential.
To be successful in this role, the key skills and behaviours we are seeking include:
- High level of service delivery and client care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and technology savvy
- Able to work autonomously and also effectively coordinate with others as part of a team
