Overview of the Role:
Our client is looking for a Senior Client Solutions Executive. As a Senior Client Solutions Executive you will be in charge of identifying and winning new clients by attending relevant events, networking, and meeting with potential clients face-to-face.
You will play a critical and active role in growing the company.
As part of the team, you will:
Hunting:
- Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients (Focus on a specific metro area)
- Present our client’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients’ senior executives
- Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
Project Management:
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients’ needs and achieve their desired business outcomes
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions
Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:
- 1+ years experience in selling professional IT or software services in companies that belong to the IT sector
- Hunter’s profile
- B2B experience
- Strong LinkedIn network
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (min. $1MM ARR) and client retention
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients
- Native English or fully bilingual (English)
- Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is definitely a plus
