The Role

As Client Strategy Lead, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional growth strategies for high-profile clients while overseeing and mentoring two Client Strategists. This is a pivotal role that combines strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership. You will ensure our clients’ business goals are met with innovative, measurable solutions and help the agency stay ahead of performance goals and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy Development:
  • Own the strategic direction for a limited number of client accounts.
  • Design tailored growth roadmaps based on deep understanding of clients’ businesses, markets, and objectives.
  • Ensure these growth roadmaps are delivered by managing Ladder teams and planning resources.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, mentor, and support two Client Strategists, fostering professional growth and ensuring their deliverables meet high standards.
  • Review and refine client strategies developed by your team to ensure alignment with agency and client goals.
  • Collaboration:
  • Partner with the Creative Planning and Media Buying teams to align strategies with innovative creative executions and effective media placement.
  • Facilitate seamless communication across teams to ensure consistency and impact across campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Use data and analytics to track client performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth, pivots, or course corrections in strategy.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering against their goals.
  • Present strategies, results, and recommendations to client stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in strategy, account management, or a related performance marketing role, with proven experience managing multiple clients.
  • Experience in leadership or mentorship roles preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, paid media platforms).
  • Mindset:
  • A strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and acts decisively.
