    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with diverse, onsite and remote teams to understand and align Sales, Marketing & Growth efforts
    • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive products growth and market expansion
    • Identify potential customers and build strong relationships to increase lead generation and conversion rates
    • Skilled in designing, creating and optimizing sales funnels for efficient lead conversion and acquisition
    • Develop and execute strategies to consistently achieve sales targets, while upselling and cross-selling opportunities
    • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to ensure alignment with goals and growth
    • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
    • Work closely with product development to identify customer needs and incorporate feedback into future features
    • Train and mentor sales and marketing team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
    • Adept & lead in leveraging social media platforms for advertisements, brand engagement, and growth strategies
    • Strong knowledge of CRM, HighLevel (GHL), workflows, automations, opportunities, and enhancing engagement
    • Build & lead a dynamic Sales & Growth Team, including hiring & mentoring junior/entry-level/reporting members
    • Provide off-hours, extended, and weekend support as needed for queue and project progress, and emergencies
    • Stay current with latest trends, apply new processes, knowledge, and tools to drive sales & marketing excellence

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
    • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Digital Marketing
    • Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing, CRM, and ERP tools – GoHighLevel (GHL), Odoo, HubSpot, Figma etc
    • Knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
    • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing – GoHighLevel (GHL), SEO, Funnels, Emails, Content, SMMA, PPC, etc
    • Thorough understanding of compliance and GDPR, applying legal knowledge, policies, and procedures
    • Exceptional communication skills, effectively building and managing team members
