The role
We are looking for a Client Success Manager – Platform Transitions, to join our DASH Transitions Team. The DASH Transitions Team, sitting within the Distribution team, is focused on providing a high-quality onboarding experience for all new users of the DASH platform. We are responsible for the initial activities of setting up new practices and their users and ensuring they are fully trained on the system. After initial setup we then provide high-touch support throughout the initial transition phase.
Key Responsibilities
The Client Success Manager – Platform Transitions will be responsible for managing all transition activity for their assigned accounts including:
- Presenting training sessions for advisers and support staff across the DASH platform solution to assist them to become proficient in the use of DASH solutions.
- Gaining a deep understanding of assigned accounts business processes in order to make appropriate recommendations as to how the practice could best implement the DASH solutions.
- Project managing the onboarding experience for assigned accounts to support effective adoption of the DASH solutions.
- Managing and tracking the onboarding of the advisers’ end clients as they become familiar with the process to facilitate a smooth experience.
- Assisting with continuous improvement of the DASH knowledge base, training manuals and other tools that will enhance the end user experience.
- Proactively driving adoption through assigned accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Assisting with analysis and reporting using MS Excel and other analysis tools to help advisers assess the suitability of DASH.
- Setting up new users/advisers in the system as per agreement terms.
- Actively gather user feedback on our products and services to contribute to the DASH product development roadmap.
Key Skills Required
- Degree qualified preferable but not essential, in a business-related discipline such as Accounting, Economics or Commerce.
- Financial planning qualifications preferable
- Knowledge and understanding of financial planning and the financial advice process is essential.
- Previous experience as a financial adviser, CSO, paraplanner or a trainer/advice coach in the financial planning space would be ideal.
- Client focussed, enthusiastic and flexible to go above and beyond your job description.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills supported by clear and concise communication skills.
- A team player with a collaborative approach.
- Detail oriented, organised and have a high degree of follow through.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organisational/project management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment on a wide variety of tasks.
- High level of technology competency.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to agreed schedules.
- Previous transitions or support experience would be a benefit, in either advice software and platforms.
