About The Role
Our client is a dynamic organization is seeking a **Client Success Manager** to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client relations and project management. In this role, the Client Success Manager will support client onboardings and provide consistent account management to enhance the delivery and continuous improvement of application processing and customer service as part of an energy efficiency program implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Build and enact project plans to ensure client satisfaction (both internal and external)
– Identify client needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans
– Coordinate all communications and meetings regarding various programs with Project Managers and key Business Process staff
– Track and ensure deadlines are met for all program initiatives, improvements, and remediation plans
– Conduct bi-monthly satisfaction assessments with Project Managers and Project Administrators to identify opportunities for improvement
– Collaborate with peers to allocate appropriate resources for initiatives
– Facilitate the internal resources and activities necessary to effectively deliver tangible results for clients
– Oversee the achievement of transition plans for new projects into Business Process
– Manage the achievement of transition plans for expiring work from Business Process
– Support senior staff in the development of presentations and proposals
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or transition management
– Demonstrated ability to build, track, and implement project plans
– Capacity to guide the overall vision at the project level while maintaining a keen detail orientation at the client delivery level
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
– Advanced skills in meeting and process facilitation
– A strong interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment.
