We are currently seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Dashdot Finance team as we embark on our next stage of growth. Your expertise in client relationship management and your passion for delivering outstanding service will enable you to not only provide exceptional support to our clients but also play a pivotal role in shaping our success and delivering lasting value.

The Role:
As Client Success Manager, your mission is to guide clients through their Dashdot Finance journey, building strong relationships and delivering timely value. You’ll proactively support clients by maintaining regular contact and tailored communication; and, turning them into loyal advocates who drive repeat business and referrals. Acting as a liaison between clients and third parties (brokers, lenders, accountants), you’ll ensure clear communication and manage contract conditions for a seamless, 7-star experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from loan submission to settlement.
- Maintain regular communication and provide personalised support to clients.
- Develop and implement client success plans and conduct regular check-ins.
- Facilitate client onboarding and provide training on products/services.
- Update client account information in CRM and ensure compliance with documentation.
- Serve as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers.
- Analyse data to track client success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on client goals and expectations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, with active listening skills.

- Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and creativity to address client challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the product and technical expertise (if applicable).
- Project Management: Time management, organisation, and stakeholder management.
- Customer-Centric: Proactive approach and client advocacy.
- Sales & Upselling: Identifying opportunities and effective negotiation.
- Data-Driven: Using analytics to drive decisions and reporting progress.
- Team Collaboration: Cross-functional teamwork and mentoring.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and stress management in a dynamic environment.
