About The Role

Responsibilities

• Client Management Excellence: Successfully manage a portfolio of 15-20+ clients, ensuring their success in our programs.
• Strategic Support: Conduct weekly reporting, content agenda planning, and regular 1-on-1 calls to drive client success.
• Proactive Communication: Provide M-F 24-hour Slack support, coordinate with our Recruiting Department, and manage relationships with content creators.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated on TikTok trends and leverage our internal training to provide cutting-edge strategies to clients.
• Upsell and Retention: Achieve a 25% client retention rate and actively pursue upgrade opportunities.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in client success management, preferably in the digital marketing or e-commerce space.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement effective TikTok marketing strategies.
• Excellent communicator, spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with a dynamic workload and able to manage 15-20+ client accounts efficiently.

Compensation

• $1,500 per month salary flat + 5% commission per client (most sales are 20-25k, 4mo)
• Earnings Potential: $5-7k+ per month

Work Environment

• Full-time, remote position
• 40-50 hours per week
