The Role:

Managing various projects/solutions at varying stages of their lifecycle, from conception through to support and maintenance
Answering enquiries, meeting with clients, and creating proposals
Creating project documentation (project plans, budgets, risk and issues registers) and briefing the development team
Working with designers and developers to scope and quote new work
Working with designers and developers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget
Managing development work with industry standard tools
Managing scope and budget of design and development projects
Maintaining quality control and coordinating the development team – in short making everything run smoothly
Establishing milestones with clients, and invoicing to that schedule
Manage emerging requirements, risks and issues
Quality control, testing and helping the team find the right bugs to squash

Your Experience:

Ideally you will have at least 4 years client-facing experience within a digital agency or in the digital department of an integrated agency.

To succeed in this role, you will:

Have a good knowledge of internet technology and web-based applications including familiarity with backend technologies, browsers and a variety of web capabilities and constraints
Have enthusiasm about keeping up with the latest digital trends
Be comfortable managing multiple projects all at distinct stages in the project cycle
Be able to convert innovative ideas into good projects
Have a keen eye for detail
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
Be ready to work hard to advance your career
Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Note: There will be a requirement to be in the office at least one day per week so we would expect applicants to be based in Brisbane.
