Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat communication.

You will also work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless and efficient process for our clients.Key Responsibilities: -Act as the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and requests.-Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.-Stay up-to-date on all company products and services to effectively assist clients and provide accurate information.-Assist clients with account setup, product inquiries, and billing inquiries.-Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, product delivery, and customer retention.-Act as a liaison between the clients and the company, advocating for our clients and providing transparent and open communication.-Identify opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent.
