About the Role:
As a Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face of our company, guiding clients through their journey with us. You’ll ensure their experience is seamless, resolve their issues with efficiency, and contribute to our reputation for outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support through various channels, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for every client
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities
- Gain expertise in our client support platforms, offering valuable insights and troubleshooting assistance
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance our support processes and client satisfaction
- Work closely with the team to share insights and feedback, helping to shape and refine our support strategies
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role
- Strong communication skills with a knack for problem-solving
- Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Internet Requirements:
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
