As the Clinical Account Manager for the European region, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth for our product portfolio while supporting the implementation and adoption of OVIK Health products in key medical markets and delivering training to distributors, KOL’s and key reference centres . This role requires significant travel (75-80%) and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
How does your job look like:
- Drive overall growth by promoting and selling OVIK Health products
- Identify, foster, and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within key regional areas
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new customers to position our product portfolio for growth
- Provide timely feedback to management regarding sales performance, competitive activities, and market developments
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategies and lead generation efforts
- Train distributor sales representatives and product specialists in the EMEA region
- Assist with investigations related to customer feedback and product usage
- Collaborate with the European Sales Director and EMEA Clinical and Sales group to implement strategic plans for regional growth
- Coordinate clinical trials on OVIK Health products in conjunction with product line managers
Which skills & experience are me looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Registered Adult Nurse with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience at a senior level, highly preferred
- experience in commercial growth, business development, and/or sales roles within wound care or medical markets
- Thorough understanding of leg ulcer management and wound healing principles (previous clinical experience is a plus)
- Ability to develop training materials and deliver training according to practitioner experience.
- Experience in clinical research, medical writing, and publication (GCP certified ideally)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Sales Force, and/or similar CRM platforms
- Willingness to travel globally, with a primary office/home base location, with preference for Central Europe. (40% traveling)
