What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide phone support to clinical trial participants and clinical trial site staff
• Manage inbound calls, offering exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare personnel
• Act as a liaison for additional support between end users and medical device manufacturer representatives
• Be available during non-business hours (4:30 PM – 7:30 PM EST) to assist customers
• Ensure accurate communication and support throughout the clinical trial process

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical trial experience is a plus
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience in the medical device industry (education or customer support) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in customer service within a clinical or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with clinical trials and medical device regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with patient communication and support
