What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, startup, and execution of clinical studies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain Trial Master File documents
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects with competing timelines
• Develop and maintain project metrics, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff and facilitate team dynamics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree desirable or 10+ years of management experience in the Pharma/Biotech/Device industry
• 5-8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
• Documented training and knowledge of FDA and GCP/ICH guidelines
• Excellent professional writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Research professional certification (ACRP, SOCRA, RAPS, etc.) is preferable
• Previous experience using a clinical trials management system
• Experience in clinical trials support within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
