What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical research studies to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
• Develop, implement, and maintain study-related documents such as protocols and case report forms
• Support investigators and site personnel in study workflow and address any obstacles
• Participate in data management activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in clinical trial data
• Coordinate and monitor on-site visits and track study progress to resolve barriers

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field
• Minimum of five years of experience managing clinical trials in accordance with ICH/GCP/FDA guidelines
• Knowledge of clinical research study design and trial methodology
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to travel up to 10% for study-related activities
