What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee and manage the conduct and operational activities of multi-center clinical research studies
• Develop, implement, and maintain study protocols, consent forms, and case report forms
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and internal SOPs throughout the study lifecycle
• Provide support to investigators and study coordinators regarding study workflow and problem-solving
• Participate in data management activities to ensure accurate and consistent clinical data generation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field
• Minimum of five years of experience managing clinical trials per ICH/GCP/FDA guidelines
• Strong knowledge of clinical research study design and clinical trial methodology
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal oversight

• Experience with clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS
• Proven project management skills and strong analytical abilities
• Familiarity with medical terminology and quality assurance processes
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to occasional overnight travel (up to 10%)
