Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of neurodivergent individuals (e.g., ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia) using ND-affirming approaches.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions that affirm neurodivergent experiences, focusing on strengths rather than deficits.
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on neurodivergence and advocate for acceptance and understanding of diverse neurological profiles.
  • Work closely with other professionals (e.g., occupational therapists, speech therapists, educational psychologists) to ensure holistic care.
  • Provide counseling and support for families and caregivers to help them better understand and support their neurodivergent loved ones.
  • Document all the details and generate official reports of the client in the format provided to you by Starwalkers
  • Design and develop programs that align with the organization’s goals, mission, and objectives.
  • Monitor and manage the program’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while staying within financial limits.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure smooth execution of the program.
  • Create program schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure all logistics are in place for the successful delivery of services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between staff, participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Promote the program through marketing strategies, including social media, outreach, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with other organizations, sponsors, and stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, including financial statements and participant feedback.

Qualifications:

  • M.Phil. (Clinical Psychology) from an accredited university
  • 1 year or more years of experience as a program coordinator
  • RCI license, or current state / country license
  • Must have a laptop & stable internet connection
