Clinical Sales Manager | Bender UK Ltd | UK

CMain Purpose:

To plan and achieve profitable sales of BUK clinical products into healthcare settings in line with the

business strategy and objectives to achieve budgeted volume and profit targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts in line with annual targets
  • Develop new accounts within this sector in line with annual targets
  • Carry out client demonstrations/trials
  • Manage and report on an ongoing pipeline via. the CRM and report back with any risks or new

    opportunities
  • Regular analysis of competitor activity and report back to the business on a regular basis
  • Be up to date on all legislation and inform BUK of any new legislation in this sector that could impact

    (positively or negatively) the organisation
  • Regularly networking and attending trade shows to develop new business pipeline
  • Creation of profitable quotations ensuring a minimum of 32% net profit is achieved
  • To proactively manage and continually evaluate all account activity, and provide options,
  • recommendations and solutions to potential issues and opportunities.
  • To maintain close communication with other functions to ensure smooth implementation of all equipment and providing excellent customer service
  • To provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • To maintain accurate account files within the CRM system and administrate effectively within

    deadlines


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience of working in Sales in a similar industry
  • Experience of the healthcare industry would be advantageous
  • Clean driving licence
  • Proven track record of delivering stretched sales targets
