Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product testing to ensure optimal functionality of surgical equipment.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives to drive growth within existing and new endoscopic spine accounts.
- Facilitate training workshops for surgeons, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
- Provide essential clinical support during product evaluations and initial procedures.
- Manage ongoing case coverage, working closely with regional and team leadership.
- Aid in the recruitment and training of surgeons on advanced endoscopic products.
- Share valuable leads for capital sales with management to enhance business opportunities.
- Maintain communication with the US Sales and Clinical Education teams for alignment on training protocols and surgical case insights.
- Oversee inventory management, sales calendar organization, and tracking of quarterly performance goals.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure sustained account growth.
- Support market development through initiatives like physician referrals and community engagement programs.
Required Skills
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an OR environment, with expertise in surgical and spine products or capital equipment.
- Selling Skills: Deep understanding of effective selling methodologies applicable in clinical settings.
- Clinical Acumen: Strong grasp of surgical practices and procedures with the capability to convey complex information effectively.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to forge and nurture collaborative relationships with healthcare providers.
- Strategic Thinking: Innovative problem-solving abilities aimed at achieving business objectives.
- Self-Starter: Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
