Corin is seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to support our growing business. You will provide general support to the sales team and clinical support to Corin’s customers across hip, knee and emerging technology portfolios.
 As a Clinical Support Specialist reporting to a Regional Sales Manager for the NSW you will be responsible for

- Corin’s product range, new product information, service opportunities and special developments and become an expert in these.
- Provide assistance during operations to scrub personnel and to surgeons, whilst dealing with any product/theatre queries which may arise
- Facilitate in-servicing and ongoing educational workshops on Corin products and application ensuring their safe and effective use
- Review consignments periodically and make necessary adjustments
- Study relevant clinical articles, surgical techniques and other relevant data to build the necessary knowledge base to provide accurate advice to customers
- Attend relevant workshops and where required complete necessary learning assessment exercises
- Support the marketing team with clinical support materials and objectives
The ideal Clinical Support Specialist will have / beÂ
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within medical device clinical support.Â
- Prior experience within the field of orthopaedics, specifically hip and knee replacements.Â
- Customer and quality focussed, self-motivated and an exceptional communicator both in one on one and group settings.
- Be able to think outside the square, showing a high level of initiative and drive
- Be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and demonstrate an ability to rapidly understand complex technical information
- Possess strong presentation, communication and clinical skills to effectively build relationships with surgeons and other key clients, and internal colleagues
- Have the ability to travel within your assigned territory
- Be a strong team player and be able to work with different personality types
- Be pro-active to seek out and take advantage of growth opportunities
