Cloud Alliance Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a Vendor Manager having the following qualifications to be employed in our company.

Position Overview:

Focus: This role involves managing relationships with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, as well as developing strategic partnerships. The Cloud Alliance Manager not only ensures efficient vendor relationships but also collaborates on joint initiatives, marketing campaigns, co-development projects, and mutual growth strategies.

Responsibilities: The Cloud Alliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met, negotiating contracts, and managing costs. This includes overseeing vendor performance and addressing any issues related to their services. Additionally, the role involves managing funds, ensuring efficient use of resources, and keeping track of cloud service expenditures. Another key responsibility is to develop and maintain strategic alliances with key cloud service providers, coordinating joint ventures, managing certifications and compliance, driving joint business development efforts, and overseeing mutual marketing efforts.

Skills: The role requires strong negotiation and financial management skills, along with a solid understanding of cloud technologies and vendor relationship management. Strategic thinking and partnership development are crucial, as is project management and an understanding of business development.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain relationships with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, etc.).

· Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and pricing with cloud vendors.

· Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

· Manage cloud spending and optimize costs.

· Oversee cloud vendor-related financial activities, including budgeting and forecasting.

· Ensure all cloud services and vendors meet compliance and certification standards.

· Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with cloud vendors.

Skills:

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost management.

· Understanding of cloud services and technologies.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
