Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance through metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer feedback.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Train, coach, and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze customer service trends and provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve products or services.
- Prepare and present reports on customer service performance and metrics to senior leadership.
- Manage customer service tools and systems, ensuring their optimal functionality and utilization.
