Role Overview:
We’re seeking a driven Co-Founder with a solid background in technical sales to join us as a key player in our growth journey. This role is purely equity-based, with a lucrative revenue-sharing model upon sales completion. You will independently market and sell our services as an individual contributor without a marketing budget, sales leads, or additional support. This role demands a high degree of self-motivation, as you will be solely responsible for generating and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals independently
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, focusing on small to mid-sized businesses, startups, and MSMEs
- Participate in regular meetings (daily, weekly, monthly) to discuss progress, challenges, and potential solutions
- Present and market our range of services and solutions effectively, showcasing our unique capabilities in Power Automate workflows and custom automation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a track record of success in B2B environments
- Proven network within relevant industries, ideally within small and mid-sized businesses or startup ecosystems
- Exceptional self-motivation and accountability, with a drive to achieve high results independently. A self-believer who understands the limitations and opportunities of a start-up ecosystem, and can single-handedly navigate these challenges to drive sales growth and success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work remotely while engaging in scheduled meetings and progress updates
