What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of large-scale projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget
• Review project proposals to determine resource allocation, staffing requirements, and timelines
• Direct and supervise project personnel, providing technical advice and resolving issues
• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients, including change order requests
• Develop and implement project management processes and routines for the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code and industry standards such as OSHA and NFPA
• Proficient in MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and possible international travel
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift/move test equipment weighing up to 100 pounds

• Previous experience in project management within the data center or infrastructure industry
• Familiarity with advanced project management tools and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex assignments
• Experience mentoring or training junior personnel in project management practices
