Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project delivery roadmaps and oversee multifaceted projects that span various work streams.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, delivering exceptional agile leadership throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, ensuring effective communication of user stories to the development team.
- Partner with engineering teams to define and validate technical strategies and project deliverables.
- Proactively identify and address risks and issues, implementing solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
- Facilitate meetings, provide project status updates, and prepare client presentations.
- Recognize potential risks associated with people-side changes, devising mitigation plans to address concerns.
- Ensure that project delivery adheres to the highest quality standards and is completed within the designated scope, timeline, and budget.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Agile software delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, particularly within the commerce and retail sectors.
- Exceptional skills in client relationship management and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with an emphasis on process improvement and collaborative teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate complex information independently or as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Admin) are highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile software delivery as a Project, Product, or Program Manager, particularly in large-scale, complex projects involving multiple integrations and cloud services.
- Demonstrated expertise in the software development lifecycle, including methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.

Salary Information
The base salary range for this role is (122,000 to )225,000 for the Principal level, and (140,000 to )258,000 for the Senior Principal level. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
