About the Role

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for iconic GSK brands and maximizing revenue opportunities through innovative lifecycle management, including launch. Key to the success in this role is managing all aspects of the Core Commercial Cycle and executing business development opportunities. 

This role requires a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective management of relationships with third-party commercial and route-to-market partners, executing pricing strategies, and resolving supply challenges. 

 

Your role will be varied and will include;

  • Manage all elements of Operational Planning and develop strategies for the lifecycle management of the portfolio
  • Manage all aspects of the Core Commercial Cycle including forecast and demand planning.
  • Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key external third-party partners
  • Ensure alignment and effective collaboration with commercial and route-to-market partners to achieve mutual goals
  • Develop and execute data-driven pricing strategies that align with business goals and market conditions
  • Develop and implement strategies to navigate and mitigate supply challenges, ensuring business continuity
  • Harness data and modelling to assist in decision-making regarding demand forecasts and understanding market trends

 

About you?

 

To be successful in the role, you will have extensive experience in brand / commercial management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.  

You’ll also have;

  • Project Management expertise coupled with strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Proficiency in developing and executing pricing strategies
  • Strong Business Acumen for identifying and capitalising on innovative revenue growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and be resilient and adaptable to change
