What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the employer’s products and services to support customer needs
• Develop full-scale project plans, including scheduling, execution planning, and tracking
• Communicate project plans and expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while managing changes in project scope

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years related experience
• Knowledge of project management concepts, efficient project scheduling, and cost planning
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Project, or other appropriate tools for task management
• Ability to travel up to 15%

• PMP certification is a plus
• Experience in providing direction and vision to a team, motivating and listening to team members
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain a positive attitude in challenging environments
