The Role

Dive into a role that’s more than just a job. You will step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day. You’ll play a vital part in support creative execution, content development, public relations, social media moderation and internal communications to create value through increased volume, price and speed of sales

Your Impact:

• Create timely, professional production of effective communications including generating creative content for both internal and external business communications requirements
• Assist with management of paid, owned and earned media and supporting with media relations 
• Assist with preparation of communications project plans 
• Provide expert communications support & counsel to other business units
• Work with the customer journey team to effectively and efficiently moderate all social media content
• Support creative execution by providing art direction for image selection and creative layouts

What we love about you:

• Degree qualifications, preferably in a communications-related discipline; or equivalent industry experience 
• A background in Corporate communications and Public Relations
• Strong digital communications experience in website, social media and digital media execution for a variety of platforms
• Demonstrated capability  of managing a variety of digital communications channels, including corporate intranets, mobile, and internal business and social media channels  
• Experience with using marketing/creative platforms & systems such as Canva, Contentful & Meltwater 
• Proven experience in creative execution  
• Strong acumen in managing website content with an eye for detail 
• Proven capability in collateral development 
• Working experience moderating Social media content 
• Demonstrated capability of creating publish-ready content for a variety of audiences, including staff and residents
