As Communications Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all the communications and collateral from the company to manage branding and reputation. You will collaborate with various cross functional teams to create a unified and consistent message to our Customers and Sales Team.

You will also actively interact with existing and potential customers to build growing partnerships. As well as being responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a company’s internal and external messaging across various platforms including, websites, newsletters, and press releases. In order to be successful in this role you must have strong written and oral communication skills and be knowledgeable about innovative communication strategies and implementation. In addition, you will work closely with the Events and Promotions Manager to develop and distribute accurate communications to our Customer Base.

Responsibilities will include:

Work with departments across the company, to create and distribute messaging externally and internally
Write and edit copy for internal and external communications
Develop and implement communications strategies
Stay up to date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices
Provide support for the team for special projects as needed
Coordinate and organize content to ensure it’s informative, user-friendly, and reflects our brand identity.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts across all channels.
Assist in developing a strategic communications plan that supports all Customer Segments in Solenis Pool Solutions.
Assist with internal information gathering to help with seasonal prep and messaging
Assist in crisis communication scenarios
Works closely with the Marketing to write and coordinate the distribution of marketing and promotional materials, including articles and advertisements, brochures, fliers, etc.:
Assists with coordinating special events and activities; creates and implements communications plan for events; designs, produces and publishes materials and articles.

Qualifications:

Experience in a similar role
Need to have B2B communications experience
Knowledge of marketing principles
Knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
Skills in problem solving
Interpersonal skills
Open to learning as they would need to pick up the industry
Need to have great communication skills, able to speak to all different people in organization
High attention to detail
Strong writing skills needed

The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,850.00 and $113,190.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
