Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the marketing team and executive leadership to oversee and execute strategic initiatives encompassing campaigns, social media, public relations, and internal communications.
• Create and refine original content for various platforms, including proposals, social media posts, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Spearhead public relations efforts by crafting press releases, coordinating newsletters, and managing award submissions.
• Collaborate with the Pursuit Specialist to develop comprehensive pursuit strategies, providing narratives and insights to support business opportunities.
• Maintain and update our marketing database with resumes, project summaries, and standardized content.
• Utilize Deltek Vision to track opportunities and manage client data effectively.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including our signature Art Night, and facilitate employee participation in industry gatherings.
• Support photoshoots and manage multimedia assets.
• Conduct thorough research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Uphold brand guidelines across all marketing initiatives and take on additional tasks as directed.

Required Skills

• Exceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Design Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with a solid grasp of marketing principles.
• Positive, open to feedback, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within the A/E/C sector.
• Familiarity with Deltek Vision is advantageous.
