Overview Of The Role
As our Digital Community Manager, you will be pivotal in defining and executing our community strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass content planning, engagement initiatives, and metrics analysis to ensure member satisfaction and growth. This is a fully remote position, and you will collaborate with team members across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the entire community management strategy.
- Plan and implement content and engagement tactics.
- Monitor and analyze growth metrics while ensuring member satisfaction.
- Facilitate interactions and engagement among community members across different time zones.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable experience in successfully growing and managing large online communities.
- Native English proficiency is essential; proficiency in Hungarian and Russian is advantageous but not required.
- Strong understanding of B2B environments, particularly within marketing automation, SaaS, and agency sectors.
- Expertise in creating and managing content calendars and community engagement strategies across multiple platforms.
- Ability to identify emerging trends and engagement opportunities within the community.
- A startup-oriented mentality, thriving in an agile, fast-paced environment.

- Proven track record in community management.
- B2B experience is preferred.
