Community Manager (Remote)

We’re seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead our rapidly growing, diverse community of millions across Web2 and Web3 platforms, blending the cultures of a diverse range of demographics.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community strategies that seamlessly blend Web2 and Web3 cultures, catering to fans of major IP brands and AI enthusiasts alike

• Manage and scale community engagement across multiple platforms (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, etc.) for user bases in the millions
• Create and oversee innovative community programs that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement with our Kindred AI.
• Collaborate with our partnerships team to integrate branded IP characters into community activities and ensure brand consistency
• Implement data-driven community growth strategies and report on key metrics to stakeholders
• Lead a team of moderators and community ambassadors across different time zones and cultures
• Organize and host large-scale virtual and physical events that bring our diverse community together

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in community management, with a proven track record of managing communities of 1M+ users

• Demonstrated success in both Web2 and Web3 community management roles
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the broader crypto ecosystem
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with global brands
• Proven ability to develop and execute community strategies at scale
• Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms for large user bases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Passion for AI, digital companions, and emerging technologies
