Community Manager | TinyBytes | Spain

As we approach the global launch of our brand new game Battle Cars, at TinyBytes Games we are looking for an experienced Community Manager who shares our passion. Your role will be focused on increasing our community, managing our Social Media, and contacting different influencers to escalate our new game. You will have the ability to work independently without a lot of guidance and support: you see what needs to be done and you make it happen. As a member of the game team, you act as the bridge between millions of players and the team that creates the magic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create campaigns to grow our community
  • Handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Provide concrete insights about the impact of the campaigns and partnerships with influencers: stats, demographics of the players and users acquired, engagement rate, downloads
  • Share own tasks status with the rest of the team in advance and be present in meetings when needed
  • Understand current trends within the community and provide the team with insights
  • Represent our players within the team and the rest of the company
  • Build & manage strong relationships with content creators
  • Help shape the game’s development and influence design decisions
  • Build our social and digital communities for new titles through innovative community initiatives, outreach, and editorial content
  • Be a genuine advocate internally for what the community is talking about and what matters to them, sharing these and deeper insights to educate campaigns, new content ideas, and potential digital experiences in-game
  • Provide answers to player reviews across the mobile app stores and customer support emails
  • Monitor player sentiment across all in-game chats
  • Manage and update the games FAQs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of gaming social media platforms and their optimal techniques
  • Proven experience working with influencers and running campaigns with them
  • Proven examples of Community Management plans through a year with concrete results, KPIs improvement, subscription increase, page views, engagement rate, downloads, etc
  • Exceptional writing skills (native/near-native in English)
  • Passion for mobile games in general, especially shooter games
  • Experience addressing difficult situations within the community when required
  • Experience managing social media channels
  • Comfortable with managing a large global community
  • Experience working with Content Creators
  • Ability to work independently without guidance and take action autonomously before being asked to do it without requiring close supervision
  • Experience working and managing digital communities, social media marketing, and or content strategy across gaming and/or entertainment brands or digital/social media agencies with a focus on engagement and growth
  • Strong understanding of digital community culture and norms. Knowledge of the social media and content ecosystem, trends, and formats
  • Experience in content production including briefing, creative review, and post-analysis of performance
  • Good knowledge and use of AI tools
