Our client seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Data Center construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery within the defined scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes specific to Data Center builds. The successful candidate will collaborate with

cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success
Participate in site assessments and risk assessments to inform project
Identify and engage relevant subcontractors and vendors for specialized

Project Execution

Oversee all aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans and
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project progress and address any issues promptly. (will involve some travel)
Manage project documentation, change orders, and project communication to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Budget and Cost Control

Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
Collaborate with internal finance teams to provide accurate cost forecasts, cost-to-completion analyses, and budget updates.

Schedule Management

Work with the contractors to create and maintain project schedules, identifying critical path activities and key milestones.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to minimize disruptions and optimize construction sequencing.

Team Leadership and Communication

Lead project teams, providing clear direction, guidance, and
Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, specifically in mission-critical Data Center
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes related to Data Center
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple construction projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for
Exceptional leadership and team management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and
Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations in the construction
