Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all facets of construction projects, guiding them from initial planning and budget formulation through to successful execution and final closeout.
• Partner effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to guarantee project excellence.
• Formulate and uphold project timelines, assess progress, and proactively identify and address potential challenges.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to budget constraints and upholding the highest quality standards.
• Foster robust client relationships, establishing trust and confidence with customers.
• Uphold compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Play a key role in the growth and evolution of the organization.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated capability in managing budgets, schedules, and team dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Sage).
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
