We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our esteemed organization, responsible for leading tenant improvement projects in the New England region. This remote position is ideal for project management professionals with a passion for dynamic construction environments and a proven track record in multi-site management. As an integral member of our team, you will act as a vital extension of the owner’s design and construction team, ensuring the successful execution of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities, guaranteeing that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct project teams, including contractors and vendors, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review and assess construction documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee permitting requirements and ensure compliance throughout all project phases.
• Proactively identify and resolve any project-related challenges, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare and present weekly status reports, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Manage change orders adeptly to minimize disruptions to timelines and budgets.
• Represent the company in project meetings while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and vendors to support new project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred, OR a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in multi-site restaurant or retail projects.
• Experience with ground-up or new-build projects is highly desirable.
