Construction Project Manager | Actalent | United States
This person must reside in the upstate NY area. Reason for this request is the hiring manager sits out of the area and #2 they will want to meet up here and there and occasionally visit a site. This client has a lot of work on the East coast.
- Client works heavily in the Cannabis space – Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA)
- They additionally work with Pepsi and Gatorade heavily across the Country.
Hard Skills
- 3-5 years of construction project management experience
- Knowledge in industrial or larger commercial space (GC) and must be able to manage $7M-$10M projects
- Understanding of all scopes of construction: General Requirements, Site work, Concrete, Masonry/steel, MEP, Civil
- Strong understanding of Scope of Work, scheduling, budget, change orders
This person will be hired initially as a full time W2 consultant of Actalent Services providing support to the Construction firm. After supporting the firm for 12 months, you will eligible to transition to their firm as a direct employee. As an Actalent Employee this person will be provided full benefits (medical, dental, vision), PTO and holiday pay.
