What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Prepare agendas and maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet project objectives
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews during various project phases
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients on costs
• Adhere to corporate and client policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and building codes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
