What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Prepare and maintain master project budgets and timelines to meet overall project objectives
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams throughout all project phases
• Assist in the selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, conferring with clients and property management on costs
• Ensure compliance with government laws, regulations, and established building codes and safety regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
