What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Prepare project agendas, budgets, and timelines to meet client objectives
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews during various project phases
• Assist in selecting and overseeing consultants and construction teams
• Review project-related invoices and confer with clients on costs
• Ensure adherence to corporate and government policies and regulations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
