Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership to assess learning requirements.
• Design and implement both instructor-led and self-paced learning solutions.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences in virtual and in-person settings.
• Coach employees to enhance their skills and performance tailored to their roles.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of learning projects from inception to completion.
• Work with colleagues to evaluate and continuously refine learning solutions.
• Mentor team members within the training organization.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, learners, and colleagues.

Required Skills

• Active or previous clinical licensure.
• Expertise in visual design principles for creating high-quality learning materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, and/or Camtasia for developing educational content.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing educational content.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering classroom training (virtual or in-person).
• Proven track record of project management spanning a minimum of 3 years.
• Demonstrated capability in managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS).

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is between (88,000 and )173,200 annually, influenced by factors such as location, experience, education, and certifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and a 401(k) plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
